Candidate Nominating Petitions for all County Offices (County Executive, Freeholder, Clerk, Register, Sheriff and Surrogate), as well as for Independent Candidates seeking office, are available at the Office of the Clerk for distribution.
Any candidate who has filed a nominating petition shall file with the Office of the Clerk copies of his/her New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission Reports. These reports contain information concerning contributions and disbursements of that particular candidate’s campaign. Reports are due on the following dates:
- 29 days prior to election day
- 11 days prior to election day
- 20 days after election day

If you are currently set up to Vote By Mail and would like to return to in person voting at the polls on election day or during Early Voting, please fill out the OPT OUT FORM and email it to the Clerk’s Office as soon as possible. The email address is located on the bottom of the form.
